Bengal Commercial Bank (BGCB) organized “Micro Credit Conclave 2025” with the Bank’s strong commitment to empowering marginalized people of the country. The conclave was held on Wednesday, 25 June 2025, with the participation of the Bank’s Micro Credit team, at the BGCB Training Centre at Dilkusha, Dhaka.

Tarik Morshed, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank attended the program. He emphasized the importance of micro credit finance in creating entrepreneurs as well as commitment over the responsibility of sustainable economic development at all levels of society. K. M. Awlad Hossain, Additional Managing Director & CBO presided over the conclave. He suggested increasing communications and engagement with the field-level clients for the sustainable development of this sector.

Dr. Md Rafiqul Islam, Deputy Managing Director & CTO; Md. Masud Rana, Head of Micro Credit Business; Md. Anisur Rahman, Head of Micro Credit CRM and Nazia Khanom Kona, In-Charge of Brand & Communications were also present at the conclave.
