Bengal Commercial Bank organized a grooming session titled “Inspiring Tomorrow’s Leaders” to guide the leaders of tomorrow as well as enhance students’ professional and personal skills. The event was held on Wednesday, 13 August 2025, at the Bank’s head office in Gulshan under the “United Nations Youth & Student Association of Bangladesh’s (UNYSAB)” Youth Leadership Exchange Program and Industry Academia Collaboration Initiative. Talented students from various universities across the country participated in the program.

Tarik Morshed, Managing Director and CEO of Bengal Commercial Bank, was the keynote speaker at the event. He shared valuable insights and experiences to inspire students to build the right knowledge, ethics, and leadership skills from his nearly 38-year-long professional journey, including his career in banking. K. M. Awlad Hossain, Additional Managing Director and CBO of the Bank was also present in the program.  The program featured various sessions focused on modern banking technologies, professional skill development, leadership building, financial literacy, and career planning. Senior officials from the Bank conducted these sessions, sharing their personal stories of success and experience to motivate and encourage the students. This event will help the students to build up confidence, leadership skill and future career planning, said the students.
