Bengal Commercial Bank held its 6^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, 21 September 2026 at a Hotel in Dhaka.

Md. Jashim Uddin, Chairman of the Board of Directors presided over the meeting. Engr. Ghulam Mohammed Alomgir, Vice Chairman of the Bank joined the meeting along with other Directors and Sponsor Shareholders of the Bank. 

K. M. Awlad Hossain, Managing Director of the Bank attended the AGM while Nasim Sekander, Additional Managing Director & CBO also joined the meeting along with DMDs and high officials of the Bank. The AGM approved the financial statements, audited balance sheet, profit & loss accounts and declared 4.50% Dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2025.
